Incomplete service requests and feedbacks are stored locally on the phone. Sent service requests and feedbacks are temporarily stored to the Mobiilikunta service to be transferred to the city. Messages are stored in a ciphered format (AES) and they will be removed from the Mobiilikunta service after they have been sent to the city.

The push address, device type and the selected user interface language are stored to the Mobiilikunta service when the user subscribes urgent notifications. Log of read urgent messages is stored to the service to help city officials to measure the effectivity of each message.
